Booking terms
These terms cover the holiday decorating services of Christmas by Moments, a brand of Moments Party Rental LLC, Orlando, Florida.
Starting prices and the final amount
Every price on this site is a starting price. The final amount of your booking is confirmed after our team reviews photos of your space. If the amount goes up, we email you the change before anything is charged, and you accept or decline it on your order page. If it goes down, we refund the difference or take it off your balance.
How you pay
When you book, you choose one of two ways to pay: a deposit of 50% of your estimate, with the balance charged 7 days before your confirmed installation date, or the full amount. We email you 3 days before the balance is charged. If your installation date is confirmed less than 7 days ahead, the balance is charged right away, and the email that confirms the date says so.
Your saved card
In both cases, your card is saved when you book, with your consent, so we can charge the balance, any change to the amount that you approve after our photo review, and any add-on you accept. If a charge on your saved card does not go through, we email you, and you can pay from your order page. If the balance is declined, we also try once more, automatically, 48 hours later.
Photos of your space
After you book, we ask for photos of your tree, the room, the entrance and your decoration boxes. We need them before we confirm your installation date.
Dates
The dates you choose are a preference. Our team confirms your installation date, and your take-down date if you booked one, after reviewing your photos. Installations run from November 15 to December 23, and take-downs from January 1 to January 31.
What the starting price includes
One artificial tree, normal access to the space, your existing decorations reasonably organized, basic visual styling and the final placement of ornaments, ribbons and accents.
What we don’t do
Our entryway styling covers the front door and ground-level porch décor. We do not provide roofline lighting, roof or gutter decorations, ceiling lighting, outdoor tree lighting, garden or landscaping décor, exterior lighting installation, electrical repairs or outlet installation.
Take-down booked with your installation
A take-down booked together with your installation, including one you add right after booking, gets 20% off. A take-down added later is charged at the full starting price.
New decorations
If you want new pieces, we can buy them for you. Products are billed at cost plus a 30% sourcing and curation fee, on a separate invoice that you pay in full before we buy them.
